What This Covers
We cannot ship directly to addresses outside the U.S. or Canada.
But take heart! It is still possible to get our products sent to you if you want to arrange the logistics. Here is how to get our products if you live outside of the U.S. or Canada.
- Arrange with a friend or relative within the U.S. to forward your order to you or locate a parcel forwarding service with a U.S. address that forwards parcels to your country. (For example, this service is one of many that can help our friends in Australia.)
- Make your purchase in our online store using a US credit card or PayPal account.
- When you check out, enter your forwarding service's U.S. address as the shipping address.
How much does this method cost?
- Because your forwarding service's address will be within the United States, your order falls under our U.S. shipping policy as outlined below.
- Any other fees, taxes and/or duty (if any) are not included in our pricing.
- Shipping to Canada: $45 for orders up to $300 (USPS Priority Mail)
- Border fees, taxes and/or duty, if any, are not included in our pricing.
- Delivery times are typically around 2 weeks due to customs processing, however specific dates cannot be estimated or guaranteed.
- Purchases over $75 enjoy free shipping. (Free shipping for such a low minimum? Try to find that elsewhere!)
- A $7.95 Priority Shipping Upgrade is available for orders over $75. The Priority upgrade features 2-3 day delivery in the US, first priority on product availability in the event of limited quantities and same-day shipping for orders received before 1pm on normal business days.
- Purchases under $75 incur a modest $7.95 for our Priority Shipping Upgrade.
- An option for Express shipping is available at checkout. Express shipments are delivered in 1-2 days, depending on location.
- Only Express shipments have firmly guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery dates provided for any other service are estimates only and subject to change without notice.
- Tracking number(s) are automatically sent by our logistics system to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
- APO and U.S territory addresses are included in our free and flat-fee shipping program. However, even though such orders ship by Priority Mail, delivery times to these regions cannot be guaranteed.
- Only Express shipments have firmly guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on location.
- Delivery dates provided for any other service are estimates only and subject to change without notice.
- Goods will be sent to the address you enter when you place your order. Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- If you want your package delivered to a particular location at your delivery address, it is up to you to communicate that to your mail carrier. The Postal Service does not allow us to provide instructions with regard to your property.
- You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery timeframe when your order ships. You will also receive a delivery confirmation email when your package is scanned as delivered. Both emails will be sent to the email address you provide with your order. Please double check your email address before finalizing your order.
- If you receive a delivery confirmation but the package cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier immediately.
- We are not responsible for items damaged at, stolen or removed from any place of delivery. It is your responsibility to select and notify USPS of a secure shipping location at the provided delivery address.
- The risk of loss and title for your package(s) passes from Happy Dog Naturals to you upon proof of delivery by the carrier. In the event of missing or damaged packages with proof of safe delivery, you must file any claims for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee the outcome of insurance claims. Insurance limits are set by carrier.
- USPS Delivery Confirmation is acceptable evidence for proof of delivery by all major credit card processors if shipped to the credit card holder’s billing address.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays including but not limited to: delays caused by weather, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping or billing address, declined method of payment, carrier-related delivery problems at the provided delivery address or other delivery problems beyond our control.
